Here's the cast I got put on in Thursday. It's fine most of the time but has been a little bit iffey recently. We'll see how it goes. I've also put a whole load more photos up over Christmas/New Year and from the start of this year - that's me fully up to date now with photo uploads since last August :) For a quick laugh look at this photo - note the spelling...

Ooh, a blue cast and matching blue shirt, most impressive. Hope you're getting on ok with the practicalities of it all, Ben. Life is very busy this end so I haven't been very good at keeping in touch but I hope you are well.

Hi Ben, just searching scaphoid and came to your site!
if you don't mind mate could you drop me a line as I need advice as my partner has a broken scaphoid and has been of work 6 months and not had an op yet.
